PER WASH PAINTING SYSTEM
The per Wash Painting System of core molds and molds in general is the most recommended for Foundries that do not produce serial pets due to its speed and efficiency. Among the advantages we can highlight: high productivity, reduction in number of variables – compared with the immersion - reduced penetration of the solvent, seamless layer thickness, easy application, elimination of traces resulting from use of flat paintbrushes or common paintbrushes, and promotion of optimized superficial trimming, reducing cost of burring. Profusa created and patented before the INPI, an equipment of approximately 3 m², which principle has been used in all sizes Foundries. Basically, it is a painting operation performed on a tank, where the core mold or the mold is painted using a continuous flow of Refractory Coating by means of a hose. The excess of Refractory Coating returns to the compartment from which it came (a container, a mixer, etc) so that it can be reused in painting of new core molds or common molds.
