Generally the blown core molds presents manufacturing failures. If not repaired these areas can result in metal penetration and even present gas problems. The joints between glued core molds should be sealed so as to avoid burrs. Taking into consideration the best quality of the process we have developed the repair masses to be used in small defects occurred in the molds and core molds.
