VINTEX                               
A permeable cord used as conductor for gas escapes within the internal part of core molding and molds which are thus are eliminated at time of casting. Avoid formation of bubbles at inner part of the parts. Used also as a relief and tensions of the mold core, which breakdown is harmful, avoiding parts cracks braking. The Vintex® cord is placed in the inner part of the core molds and molds during their manufacture with the help or not of frames. Heating is not required for its decomposition and in the casting process, burs rapidly and does not destroy the formed channel. As related to core molds that need the use of a drying stove, the Vintex® cord decomposes, freeing the channel.
